"Lori at Rodney Hunt State Farm was excellent to work with. We were comparing home, auto, and life insurance against our existing USAA policies, and Lori took the time to walk through everything in detail.
Our situation was not simple: homeowners coverage, four vehicles, multiple drivers, life insurance questions, escrow timing, deductibles, discounts, and coverage comparisons. Lori was patient, thorough, and clear through the whole process.
She helped us understand the real differences in coverage, including rebuild protection on the home, auto liability limits, water backup, roof coverage, personal articles coverage, and how to handle the transition from escrow correctly. She also found meaningful savings while improving several areas of coverage.
What I appreciated most was that she did not pressure us. She educated us, answered detailed questions, and helped us make a confident decision.
